1. Eligibility for Returns
- Returns are accepted within 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order.
- Items must be returned in their original condition, unopened and undamaged.
- Due to the collectible nature of trading cards, opened or used cards are not eligible for return unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
2. How to Initiate a Return
- To start a return, please contact our customer service team at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return.
- We will provide you with instructions and a return authorization.
3. Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we sent the wrong product.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method for your return to ensure it arrives safely.
4. Refund Process
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
5. Exchanges
- Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the item for a refund and place a new order.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
- If you receive damaged or defective cards, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage.
- We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
